Apnea Diver

The first striking feature of the DAVOSA Apnea Diver Automatic is the multicoloured ring on the edge of the dial. It is only by chance that it is composed of the French national colours. Because in fact the colours blue, white and red correspond to the breathing training for freediving according to a worldwide uniform pattern: in the five-second blue phase, air is taken, then held for 15 seconds (white area) and then exhaled over a further 10 seconds (red area). Without having to count or stop, the freediver can fully concentrate on the vital breathing training with the help of this colour code.
